摘 要:通过蚯蚓生物工程床处理牛粪后得到蚓粪,经过风干、粉碎、复混蛭石等工艺生产蚓粪育苗基质,采用大棚育苗的方法研究粉碎和添加蛭石对蚓粪基质培育辣椒幼苗的影响。结果表明,粉碎处理虽然显著减小蚓粪颗粒空间尺度,但未破坏蚓粪的微结构,为蚓粪维持优良的理化性质提供了空间架构。粉碎后蚓粪与蛭石按8∶1体积比复配的基质最有利于辣椒幼苗的茎粗、株高、展宽、叶片数、根长、根尖数、根表面积和根体积的增大,也有利于幼苗的茎叶、根和整个植株的鲜重和干重增大,同时幼苗的壮苗指数也最大。可见,粉碎蚓粪与蛭石按8:1体积比复配的基质最有利于辣椒幼苗茎叶生长、根系发育,物质累积分配和综合评价指标的增大,有利于辣椒壮苗的形成。Cow dung was treated by earthworm bioengineering bed to obtain earthworm dung.The earthworm dung seedling substrate was produced by air drying,crushing and mixed vermiculite.The effects of crushing and adding vermiculite on the cultivation of pepper seedlings were studied by greenhouse seedling cultivation.The results showed that although the crushing treatment significantly reduced the spatial scale of vermicompost particles,it did not destroy the microstructure of vermicompost,which provided a spatial framework for the maintenance of excellent physical and chemical properties of vermicompost.The matrix composed of crushed vermiculite and vermiculite at the volume ratio of 8∶1 was most conducive to the increase of stem diameter,plant height,broadening,leaf number,root length,root tip number,root surface area and root volume of pepper seedlings,as well as the increase of fresh and dry weight of stems,leaves,roots and the whole plant,and the strong seedling index of seedlings was also the largest at the same time.It can be seen that the matrix composed of crushed vermicompost and vermiculite at the volume ratio of 8:1 was most conducive to the growth of stems and leaves,root development,material accumulation and distribution and the increase of comprehensive evaluation indexes,which was conducive to the formation of strong seedlings of pepper.
