摘  要:[目的]通过动物试验和人体试食试验,研究库拉索芦荟全叶脱色冻干粉、红心火龙果冻干粉、绿茶提取物、V_(C)复配制成的芦荟火龙果绿茶冲剂的抗氧化作用。[方法]动物试验设4个处理组(对照组和0.67、1.33、4.00 g/kg 3个剂量组),给予小鼠连续灌胃30 d后进行各指标测定。人体试食试验采用自身与组间2种对照设计,106名志愿者被随机平均分成试食组和安慰剂对照组。[结果]受试物显著提高动物血清SOD活性和血中GSH含量(P<0.05)。人体试食组血清SOD和GSH-Px活性分别较试食前提高9.32%、9.29%;与对照组试食后及自身试食前比较,SOD和GSH-Px活性均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]结合动物试验和人体试食试验综合判定,芦荟火龙果绿茶冲剂具有抗氧化功能。[Objective]To investigate the antioxidant effect of aloe-pitaya-green tea granules(AHGG)composed of Aloe vera whole-leaf freeze-dried powder(decolorized with activated carbon to remove anthraquinones before lyophilization),red pitaya(Hylocereus polyrhizus)fruit freeze-dried powder,green tea extract and V_(C) by animal experiment and human trial.[Method]In the animal experiment,forty SPF mice were divided into four groups(control and 0.67,1.33,4.00 g/kg treatment groups).The mice were given continuous gavage for 30 days.In the human trial,106 volunteers were averagely randomized into 2 groups:Test and Placebo.[Result]The result showed that the test substance significantly increased the SOD activity and the GSH content in blood(P<0.05).The activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px in the human test group were increased by 9.32%and 9.29%respectively;compared with the control group after food test and before self test,there were significant differences in the activities of SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The above results manifested that AHGG existed antioxidant function.
