摘　　要：高校智库服务区域发展战略既为区域社会发展注入活力,也为高校人才培养提供动力。山西农业大学通过农科选调生专招、涉农事业单位专招和公费农科生项目等智库建议,服务山西精准扶贫及农业农村发展。高校智库为更好服务区域发展,要切合实际,凸显区域性,注重连贯性;要精心谋划,突出组织性,加强应用性;要依法决策,保证科学性,坚持公益性。The regional development strategy of university think tanks not only injects vitality into regional social development,but also provides power for talent training in colleges and universities.Shanxi Agricultural University provides services for targeted poverty alleviation and agricultural and rural development in Shanxi through the suggestions of think tanks such as selective recruitment of agricultural students,special recruitment of agricultural institutions and public funded agricultural students.In order to better serve regional development,university think tanks should be practical,highlight regionality and pay attention to coherence.We should plan carefully,highlight the organization and strengthen the application.We should make decisions according to law,ensure scientificity and adhere to public welfare.
