摘 要:武器杀伤效能评估是作战能力评估的重要组成部分,掌握科学准确的评估数据对指挥战斗而言十分重要,效能评估结果可以为指挥员提供决策的重要依据,通过对交战双方的打击等能力进行综合比较,为指挥员合理排兵布阵、预测战斗进程等提供参考,是辅助决策的关键环节。所以如何快速、准确、合理地对战斗单元进行效能评估,是指挥决策机构亟需解决的现实问题。历史上对武器杀伤效能有多种评估方法,如人员数量法、武器数量法、人员加武器数量法、指数法等,论文继承了指数法的优点,建立了模糊效应指数法,对各评估要素的实测值进行归一化处理,区分常规武器、精确制导武器和机动平台武器三类杀伤效能建立评估模型,依据性能参数不同分别进行计算,评价出各类武器的杀伤效能,为其在战斗中的科学使用提供数据化的参考。Weapon lethality effectiveness assessment is an important part of combat capability assessment, and mastering scientific and accurate assessment data is very important for commanding battles. The results of the effectiveness evaluation can provide an important basis for the commander to make decisions. By comprehensively comparing the combat capabilities of both sides, it can provide a reference for the commander to reasonably arrange troops and predict the battle process, which is a key link in auxiliary decision-making. Therefore, how to quickly, accurately and reasonably evaluate the effectiveness of combat units is a practical problem that the command and decision-making organization needs to solve urgently. Historically, there have been a variety of evaluation methods for the killing effectiveness of weapons, such as the number of personnel method, the method of the number of weapons, the method of the number of personnel plus weapons, and the index method. This paper inherits the advantages of the index method, establishes the fuzzy effect index method, normalizes the measured values of each evaluation element, and establishes an evaluation model by distinguishing the three types of killing effectiveness of conventional weapons, precision-guided weapons and mobile platform weapons. According to different performance parameters, the calculation is carried out to evaluate the killing effectiveness of various weapons, and to provide a data-based reference for their scientific use in combat.
