摘 要:为解决橡胶隔振器的老化寿命评估问题,基于维纳过程和热空气老化试验方法建立橡胶隔振器的老化寿命评估方法。以某型舰用橡胶隔振器为被试隔振器,选取动刚度变化程度作为老化寿命考核指标,基于维纳过程和Arrhenius加速方程对橡胶隔振器的老化寿命进行评估,得到了不同温度下的橡胶隔振器老化寿命评估公式。将某温度下的老化寿命评估结果与试验结果进行对比,吻合较好。该研究为橡胶隔振器老化寿命的评估提供了一种新思路。To solve the aging life assessment problem of rubber vibration isolators,the aging life assessment method of rubber isolators is established based on Wiener process and hot air aging test method. A ship rubber vibration isolator is taken as the tested vibration isolator,the dynamic stiffness variation is selected as the aging life assessment indicator,the aging life of rubber vibration isolator is evaluated based on Wiener process and Arrhenius acceleration equation,and the evaluation formula of rubber vibration isolator aging life at different temperatures is obtained. The results of aging life evaluation at a certain temperature are compared with the test results,which are in good agreement. This study provides a new idea for evaluating the aging life of rubber vibration isolators.
