摘 要:舰艇通信装备运行时间长、运行环境恶劣、维修难度高,是一个随机因素较大、复杂程度较高的系统,因此对该系统使用数学方法进行评价具有较大意义。首先,基于4M1E原理构建风险评价指标体系;其次,运用基于证据推理算法的置信规则库推理方法(Belief Rule-Base Inference Methodology Using the Evidential Reasoning Approach,RIMER)进行风险评价建模;最后,运用该方法对某舰艇通信装备运行情况应用到具体实例上,并且提出针对性的应对措施。结果表明,该方法可作为风险评价的一种新方法,对于降低风险、提高装备管理水平、促进舰艇战斗力发展具有重要意义。Warship communication equipment is a complex system with many uncertainties and high risks,which has a wide range of participants,many phases,and large investment. In order to effectively solve these problems,it is of great significance to carry out risk assessment on it. Firstly,based on the 4 M1 E principle,the risk indicator system is built. Secondly,the RIMER method for modeling and assessment is used. Finally,this method is used to make an empirical study on a warship communication equipment. It will provide some reference advice for reducing risk losses,improving project management ability,and promoting the condition of warship communication equipment.
