摘　　要：随着城市人口增加、工业扩张,人与自然的联系逐渐割裂,绿地系统作为体现自然特色的城市重要系统,起着改善卫生环境、美化城市景观、提升居民健康水平的重要作用。目前,国土空间规划体系正处于改革初期,绿地系统专项规划从思路到方法都发生了重要转变。文章解析了专项规划在国土空间规划体系中的内涵、作用等内容,基于国土空间规划思想对绿地系统专项规划的编制问题进行了探讨,并结合规划实践总结了新时期绿地系统专项规划编制的技术路径。In response to problems such as population growth,industrial expansion,human-nature disharmony,green system may provide solutions in improving urban environment,landscaping,and people’s health.There are fundamental changes in the concept and approaches in green system planning under the reform of territorial spatial planning system.The paper analyzes the connotation and function of specialty planning under new circumstances,discusses relevant issues and concludes experiences of green system planning compilation.
