摘 要:为了预防巨厚松散层深埋基岩下厚煤层开采工作面溃砂溃水事故,以焦作矿区东部某煤矿16011综采工作面地质采矿条件为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场观测方法,研究了煤层开采上覆基岩分类、导水裂缝带高度与覆岩岩性和采高之间的关系。通过工业性试验得到了巨厚松散层下顶分层开采采场和巷道矿压显现规律。研究结果表明,16011工作面采用顶分层开采期间,上覆基岩属于正常厚基岩;工作面年产量达到150万t实现了安全生产。综采工作面支架时间加权平均工作阻力和循环末阻力分别为支架额定工作阻力的64.26%和71.83%;初次来压和周期来压平均动载系数各为2.32和1.76。巨厚松散层下顶分层开采采场矿压显现规律与正常厚基岩煤层开采相近。工作面前方移动支承压力影响区达到90~140 m,其中剧烈影响区范围35 m。巨厚松散层下顶分层工作面前方移动支承压力影响区和剧烈影响区范围均大于正常基岩煤层开采。研究为特厚松散层下深埋基岩下厚煤层开采顶板围岩控制提供指导和参考。In order to prevent the sand and water inrush accidents in the coal face of thick coal seam under the deeply-buried bedrock in super-thick alluvium,taking the geological and mining conditions of 16011 fully-mechanized coal face in a coal mine in eastern Jiaozuo mining area as the engineering background,it is the classification of overlying bedrock and the relationship among the height of water-conducting fractured zone and the lithology and mining height,that were studied by theoretical analysis and field observation methods.Through industrial test,the rock pressure behavior laws of the coal face and gateways in the top slicing mining under super-thick alluvium were obtained.The results showed that:During the top slicing mining of the 16011 coal face,the overlying bedrock belongs to normal thick bedrock.The annual output of the coal face reached 1.50 million tons and its safe production was realized.The time-weighted average working resistance and the end-cycle resistance of supports at the coal face were 64.26%and 71.83%of their rated working resistance,respectively;the average dynamic load coefficients of roof initial weighting and periodic weighting were 2.32 and 1.76,respectively.The rock pressure behavior law of top slicing mining in deeply-buried thick coal seam under super-thick alluvium is similar to that under normal thick bedrock.The influence zone of the moving abutment pressure in front of the coal face reaches 90~140 m,and the severe influence zone is 35 m.The influence zone of moving abutment pressure and its severe influence zone in front of the top slicing mining under super-thick alluvium are larger than that under normal thick bedrock.The research conclusions provide guidance and reference for the control of roof strata in thick coal seam mining under deeply-buried bedrock and super-thick alluvium.
