摘 要:以平煤六矿32010工作面的煤样为研究对象,研究了原煤和氧化煤自燃特性变化规律。结果表明,在相同煤温下,二次氧化煤在氧化过程中表现出更快的氧气消耗现象,而且一氧化碳和二氧化碳产生速率更快,放热强度也明显高于原煤,表明二次氧化煤的氧化速度快、活性高。此外,原煤与氧化煤发生自燃的上限漏风强度随煤温的升高呈现出先降低后升高的规律,在120℃左右达到极小值;同时,下限氧浓度与最小浮煤厚度随着煤温升高先升高后降低,在120℃左右达到极大值。从煤自燃极限参数和表观活化能角度分析表明,二次氧化煤较原煤活性更强,在采空区中更容易发生氧化自燃,所以曾经发生过自燃的采空区遗煤更容易再次发生自燃。Taking the coal samples from the 32010 working face of Pingmei No.6 Coal Mine as the research object,the variation law of spontaneous combustion characteristics of raw coal and oxidized coal was studied.The results showed that at the same coal temperature,the secondary oxidized coal showed faster oxygen consumption during the oxidation process,and the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide production rates were faster,and the heat release intensity was also significantly higher than that of the original coal,indicating that the secondary oxidized coal had a higher rate of oxygen consumption.The oxidation rate was fast and the activity was high.In addition,the upper limit air leakage intensity for spontaneous combustion of raw coal and oxidized coal showed a law of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of coal temperature,reaching a minimum value around 120℃;at the same time,the lower limit oxygen concentration and the minimum floating coal thickness increased with coal temperature.The increase first increased and then decreased,reaching a maximum value around 120°C.From the perspective of coal spontaneous combustion limit parameters and apparent activation energy,it was shown that secondary oxidized coal was more active than raw coal,and it was more prone to oxidative spontaneous combustion in the goaf,Therefore,the coal left in the goaf that had occurred spontaneous combustion was more likely to spontaneously combust again.
