摘  要:煤矿大倾角巷道掘进大多采用耙装机装载,耙装效率低、工人劳动强度大,使用条件受限制。矿用挖掘式装载机装载效率高,爬坡能力大,通过优化装载和掘进工艺,实现整体挪移、连续排渣,大幅提升掘进工效,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了巷道支护效果,其配套方式和工艺的优化可为类似条件大倾角巷道掘进借鉴。Most of large inclination roadway excavation in coal mines are loaded by raking machine,which has low raking efficiency,high labor intensity and limited service conditions.The mining excavator loader has high loading efficiency and large climbing capacity.By optimizing the loading and excavation process,it can realize the overall movement and continuous slag discharge,greatly improve the excavation efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the roadway support effect.The optimization of its supporting mode and process can be used for reference for the excavation of large inclined roadway under similar conditions.
