摘 要:本文以广东杉木第二代亲本(母本)无性系及其半同胞家系子代为对象,对两组材料12年生生长和材质性状进行测定分析,并探析亲本与子代间性状表现遗传相关性。结果显示,树高、胸径和单株材积在世代间、家系间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),而木材基本密度和吸水率差异不显著;树高、胸径、单株材积家系遗传力分别为0.16、0.31、0.29。子代群体平均树高、胸径和单株材积表型值和育种值均略低于亲本群体,其中以胸径相近程度最高。子代群体的2个材质性状较亲本群体有所改良,木材基本密度提高3.4%、木材吸水率降低5.2%。此外,根据单株材积、木材基本密度育种值在亲本与子代的排序位次及其位次的变幅,可将参试家系按照生长特性分为速生稳定型、较速生稳定型、速生变化型、较慢生型4类,其中速生稳定型家系包括4、6、9、207、256;按照材质特性分为优质稳定型、优质变化型、较低质型3类,其中优质稳定型家系包括6、16、210、241、294、346。To explore the genetic correlation of trait performance between the mother and half-sib offspring of Chinese fir,12-year-old parent(mother)and half-sib offspring in a second-generation seed orchard of Guangdong were used as subjects,their growth and material traits were measured and analyzed.The results showed that three growth traits,including height,DBH,and standing volume,were significantly different between generations and among families(P<0.01),while the two wood quality properties such as wood basic density and wood water absorption were not obvious.The family heritabilities for height,DBH,and standing volume were 0.16,0.31,and 0.29,respectively.The phenotypic and breeding values of growth traits in the offspring population were slightly lower than that of the parental population,and the highest similarity was for DBH among them.In addition,the two wood quality traits of the offspring population were improved compared to the parental population,with a 3.4%increase in wood basic density and a 5.2%decrease in wood water absorption.According to the ranking position and ranking variation of important trait breeding values in mother and half-sib offspring,the tested families were classified into four types by growth traits,i.e.“fastest-growing and stable”,“fast-growing and stable”,“fastest-growing and unstable”,and“slower-growing”,among them,the“fastest-growing and stable”type included 4,6,9,207,and 256.The tested families were classified into three types by wood quality traits,i.e.“high-quality and stable”,“high-quality and unstable”and“lower-quality”,and the“high-quality and stable”type included 6,16,210,241,294,and 346.
