摘 要:为研究蜂糖李(Prunus salicina Fengtang plum)的花粉活力,以青脆李(Prunus americana)花粉作为对照,采用离体萌发法研究不同培养温度、pH和氮、磷、钾、钙、镁等矿质营养对蜂糖李的花粉萌发率和花粉管伸长的影响。结果表明:当温度为25℃时,最有利于蜂糖李花粉萌发,萌发率为25.30%,花粉管长度为569.84μm,温度为20℃时,花粉活力与其变化相似,青脆李花粉活力变化与其无显著性差异;pH为5.0时最有利于蜂糖李花粉萌发,萌发率和花粉管长度分别为44.54%和723.94μm;而青脆李最适pH为5.5,花粉萌发率和花粉管长度分别为43.89%和623.25μm;氮、磷、钾、钙和镁等矿质营养对蜂糖李花粉萌发和花粉管生长作用不同,其中20 mg/L的CH_(4)N_(2)O对蜂糖李花粉萌发和花粉管生长效果最好,其萌发率为70.03%,花粉管长度为1717.89μm,蜂糖李花粉的活力变化趋势与对照青脆李相似,无显著差异。To study pollen viability of Fengtang plum,the in vitro germination method was used to study the effects of different culture temperatures,pH,and mineral nutrients(N,P,K,Ca,Mg)on pollen germination rate and pollen tube elongation with Qingcui plum as a control.The results showed that the conductive temperature for the germination of Fengtang plum pollen was 25℃,the germination rate of pollen was 25.30%,the length of the pollen tube was 569.84μm,and there was also a similar trend in pollen viability when maintained at 20℃.There was no significant difference in the pollen viability between Fengtang plum and Qingcui plum.The most conducive PH for the germination of Fengtang plum was 5.0,and the germination rate and pollen tube length were 44.54%and 723.94μm,respectively.The optimal pH value for Qingcui plum was 5.5,and the pollen germination rate and pollen tube length were 43.89%and 623.25μm,respectively.The mineral nutrients such as N,P,K,Ca,and Mg had different effects on the germination and pollen tube growth of Fengtang plum powder.Among them,20 mg/L CH 4N 2O had the best effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth,the germination rate was 70.03%,and the length of the pollen tube was 1717.89μm.The changing trend of the vitality of the Fengtang plum was similar to that of the control Qingcui plum,and there was no significant difference.
