摘　　要：新冠疫情改变了人们的生活工作的方式和节奏,CASHL需要重新审视自身的特点,谋定而动。文章运用SWOT分析法分析了CASHL文献传递和馆际互借服务的优势、劣势、威胁和机会,探讨了后疫情时代CASHL文献传递和馆际互借服务发展的对策,提出只有持续加大投入,升级平台功能,丰富系统资源,拓展创新服务,才能使CASHL充分发挥人文社会科学外文文献资源保障作用,实现国家战略保障的目标。The corona virus epidemic has changed the way people live and work.We need to review CASHL’s characteristics and plan before we act.This paper uses SWOT to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,risks and opportunities of CASHL document delivery and the inter-library loan service,and discusses the countermeasures for the development of CASHL document delivery and inter-library loan service in the post-epidemic era.The paper finds that we can give full play to the role of CASHL in protecting foreign literature resources in humanities and social sciences only through continuous investment and innovation.That is how we can realize the goal of a national strategic guarantee.
