摘 要:塑烧板由于其过滤精度高、使用寿命长等优点,近年来受到了工业除尘的关注。脉冲喷吹是除尘器最常用的清灰方式之一,探索脉冲喷吹塑烧板除尘器的清灰性能可以为其工业应用提供理论基础和技术支撑。将塑烧板作为研究对象,采用粉尘排放浓度监测仪以及压差计,分别测试了塑烧板除尘器粉尘排放浓度以及系统阻力,结合流体力学、环境科学等理论知识对塑烧板除尘器过滤清灰性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:当脉冲间隔为10 s,喷吹压力为0.4~0.5 MPa,塑烧板收集高岭土和勃姆石稳定运行的过滤风速范围分别为0.6~1.0 m/min、0.6~0.8m/min,设备稳定阻力值的范围分别为155~520 Pa、325~500 Pa(气固浓度为15~45 g/m^(3)),粉尘排放浓度远远小于1mg/m^(3),能实现超低排放。实验结果对塑烧板除尘器的工业使用推广提供了理论指导以及技术支撑作用。Sintered plastic filter has been paid attention to by industrial dust removal in recent years due to its advantages of high filtration precision and long service life. Pulse-jet is one of the most commonly used dust removal methods for filters.Exploring the characteristics of the filtration and dust-cleaning of pulse-jet sintered plastic filter can provide theoretical foundation and technical support for its industrial applications. Sintered plastic filter was taken as the research object,the dust emission concentration and system resistance of the sintered plastic filter were measured are by the dust emission concentration monitor and differential pressure meter,and the performance of the sintered plastic filter was experimentally studied by combining the theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics and environmental science. The experimental results show that:When the pulse interval is 10 s,and the injection pressure is 0. 4~0. 5 MPa,the sintered plastic filter collects kaolin and boehmite in the stable operation of the filter wind speed range respectively 0. 6~1. 0 m/min,0. 6~0. 8 m/min,the range of equipment stability resistance value is 155~520 Pa,325~500 Pa(gas-solid concentration is 15~45 g/m^(3));the dust emission concentration is far less than 1 mg/m^(3),which can achieve ultra-low emission. The above experimental results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the industrial use and promotion of sintered plastic filter dust collectors.
