摘  要:在机械加中,孔属于一类常见的机械设备零件形式。常规的钻孔加工工艺存在很多问题,为提升孔类加工的质量,目前最现实并且高效的孔类加工通常采用数控铣床以及数控加工中心的形式,借助以铣代钻、螺旋形式的铣孔、插铣代铰等方法提升孔类的加工精度和品质。文章对数控铣床孔系加工过程中的各类问题进行深入研究,并给出富有针对性的优化方案,以提升孔系加工的品质。Among the parts of mechanical equipment, holes are a common form, which is common in machining. There are many problems with conventional drilling technology. In order to improve the quality of hole processing, the most realistic and efficient hole machining is usually in the form of CNC milling machine and CNC machining center. With the help of milling instead of drilling, spiral milling, milling instead of hinge and other methods are adopted to improve the machining accuracy and quality of holes. This paper makes an in-depth study on all kinds of problems in the machining process of hole system of CNC milling machine, and gives a targeted optimization scheme to improve the quality of hole system processing.
