摘  要:核酸检测技术在病原鉴定中发挥了至关重要的作用。传统核酸检测主要依赖聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术,但该技术难以满足便携式现场核酸检测需求。近年来发明的CRISPR/Cas生物传感技术可实现高灵敏度、高特异性、快速准确的现场核酸检测。本文重点探讨了CRISPR/Cas生物传感技术的最新进展,包括该技术的原理、优缺点以及在现场快速核酸检测中的应用。CRISPR/Cas技术已被证明是非常适合现场核酸检测的新技术,相信未来在核酸检测领域将得到更广泛应用。The technology for detecting nucleic acids plays an important role in pathogen identification.Traditional detection of nucleic acids mainly depends on polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technology that is difficult to meet the needs for portable field detection of nucleic acids,which could be overcome by the CRISPR/Cas biosensor technology developed in recent years due to its high sensitivity,specificity,rapidity and accuracy.In the paper,the latest research progress of CRISPR/Cas biosensor technology was discussed,including its principle,advantages and disadvantages as well as application in field detection for nucleic acids.It was proved that the technology was very suitable for field detection of nucleic acids,which was believed to be widely used in the area in the future.
