摘 要:矿井火灾是矿井五大自然灾害之一,煤炭自然发火是矿井火灾的主要形式,它约占矿井火灾总数的90%,严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产。采空区煤炭自然发火的防治不仅是矿井防灭火的重中之重,更是矿井火灾防治的难点。本文在以往综合防灭火技术应用的基础上,以兴隆庄煤矿B4328工作面的采空区煤炭自然发火防治为例,综合阐述了综合防灭火技术的探索与创新。通过五大防灭火技术的应用与再实践,以工作面和留置采空区束管内的煤炭自然发火指标气体监测数据所呈现的变化为依据,结合防灭火实践的效果对以往的防灭火技术进行了优化,对存在的问题分析总结出相应的改进措施,创新了夹心闭注胶的快速堵漏风技术,实现了B4328工作面的安全顺利回采。Mine fire is one of the five natural disasters in mine, and coal spontaneous combustion is the main form of mine fire, which accounts for about 90 % of the total number of mine fire, and seriously threatens the safety of coal mine production. The prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf is not only the top priority of mine fire prevention and control, but also the difficulty of mine fire prevention and control. Based on the application of comprehensive fire prevention technology in the past, this paper takes the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of B4328 working face of xinglongzhuang coal mine as an example, and comprehensively expounds the exploration and innovation of comprehensive fire prevention technology. Through five big application and practice of the technology of fire,in working face and goaf coal spontaneous combustion index gases within the tube indwelling monitor data presented on the basis of the change, the effect of fire prevention practice of past fire-fighting technology is optimized, analyzing the existing problems of summed up the corresponding improvement measures, the innovative sandwich closed note glue of rapid plugging the wind technology, implements the B4328 safe working face in mining.
