摘 要:随着选煤技术的发展,煤泥脱水环节变得越发重要,针对厂区煤泥产品水分过高,滤液细小颗粒过多的问题;采用现场压滤机入料,通过改变助滤剂的种类、用量进行压滤试验;试验结果说明最佳药剂制度为:添加有机型阴离子助滤剂,用量为25 g/t,能够使滤饼水分降低为21.58%,滤透射比达到92.13%;因此本文的研究内容对选煤厂现场压滤系统的药剂制度改善提供试验基础。With the development of coal preparation technology, the process of coal slime dehydration has become more and more important,as the moisture content of coal slime products in the plant area is too high. The problem of too many fine particles in the filtrate;the on-site filter press is used to feed the material, and the filter pressure test is carried out by changing the type and dosage of the filter aid;the test results show that the best pharmaceutical system is: adding an organic anionic filter aid, the amount is 25 g/t can reduce the water content of the filter cake to 21.58% and the filter transmittance to 92.13%;therefore, the research content of this article provides a test basis for the improvement of the chemical system of the on-site filter press system of the coal preparation plant.
