摘　　要：习近平总书记高度重视老龄工作,党的十八大以来,面对日益严重的老龄化,围绕如何积极应对人口老龄化的挑战发表了一系列重要讲话,形成了具有科学体系、内涵丰富的应对人口老龄化的重要论述。习近平关于人口老龄化的重要论述,是对马克思主义人口理论的深化和发展,为我国更好地应对老龄化问题提供了理论指南和思想源泉。General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the work for the elderly.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the face of increasingly serious aging trend,he has made a series of important speeches on how to actively respond to the challenge of aging population,forming an important exposition on coping with aging population with a scientific system and rich connotations.Xi Jinping's important exposition on aging population is the deepening and development of Marxist population theory,and provides theoretical guidance and ideological source for China to better deal with the aging problem.
