关于数字鸿沟问题的若干思考

摘　　要：技术进步与社会变迁之间的张力引发了数字鸿沟这一现代性危机。数字化进程推进、人口结构老化以及公共卫生危机使得数字鸿沟问题在当前中国社会变得愈发突出。在应对数字鸿沟这一现实问题之前,有必要进一步认识数字鸿沟。数字鸿沟这一概念经历了接入、使用、受益的不同发展阶段,不仅是一个技术问题,其社会属性也在不断增强;同时,数字鸿沟问题并不局限于老年群体,对这一问题的认识要警惕“年龄陷阱”,避免对老年群体的标签化与刻板印象;此外,数字鸿沟这一现象在未来很可能会持续存在,并长期处于一种不断被建构与被消解的状态中,进而成为一种常态化的社会现象。The tension between technological progress and social change breeds a modernity crisis of the digital divide.The advancement of digitalization,the aging of population structure,and the prevalence of public health crises have made the digital divide more urgent and prominent in the current Chinese society.Before dealing with the social issue of the digital divide,it is necessary to further understand the digital divide.The concept of the digital divide has gone through different development stages of access,use,and benefit.The digital divide is not only a technical issue,its social attributes are also increasing.The digital divide problem is not limited to the elderly group.Academia should be wary of the“age trap”and avoid labeling and stereotyping of the elderly group;In addition,the phenomenon of the digital divide may persist in the future and remain in a state of constant construction and dissolution for a long time,and finally become a normalized social phenomenon.
