摘 要:为了适应载人运载火箭的“零窗口”发射要求,测发控系统必须具有较高的安全性和可靠性。介绍了一种高可靠的全冗余的测发控系统方案,提高发控可靠性,完备测试覆盖性,增强系统的信息处理能力和故障适应能力,确保发射任务圆满成功。载人航天交会对接运载火箭测发控系统采用全冗余的系统方案,结合计算机自动化测试技术、VXI总线技术、光纤通信和网络技术,构建了虚实结合的分布式测发控系统,实现了对控制系统箭上设备的供配电和状态控制,对各类参量的定量检测和定性监视,确保运载火箭的“零窗口”发射。In order to meet the requirement of“zero window”for launch vehicle,the missile launch control system must have high safety and reliability.A schema of the missile launch control system which is highly reliable and fully redundancy is introduced.In this way,the reliability of value control can be improved,the test coverage completed,the information processing ability and fault adaptability of the system can be enhanced,so it can be ensured the launch mission is successful.A fully redundancy missile launch control system is designed for the launch vehicle that aim to complete the space interconnection mission.Computer automatic test technology,VXI bus technology,optical fiber communication and network technology are combined to build a distributed missile launch control system.Realized the power supply,power distribution,state control,quantitative detection,and various parameters qualitative monitoring of the equipment in the control system of launch vehicle,ensure to complete the“zero window”emission of the launch vehicle.
