摘 要:火箭贮箱增压及连接器脱落控制是保障火箭正常发射的重要环节,对火箭发射成败起着至关重要的作用。目前动力控制系统不具备独立的控制执行能力,存在功能模块零散、数据判读困难等缺点。针对以上不足之处,设计了全新的火箭贮箱增压及连接器脱落动力控制系统。该系统基于分布式控制架构和热备冗余工作机制,实现了远程控制模式,并增加了单点和急停控制功能。新系统具有更高的可靠性、安全性和自动化程度,为动力控制系统无人值守提供了有力的技术支撑。The control of rocket tank pressurization and connector falling off is an important link to ensure the normal launch of rocket,it plays a vital role in the success or failure of rocket launch.At present,the power control system does not have independent control execution ability,the functional modules are scattered,and the data interpretation is difficult.In view of the above shortcomings,the new power control system of rocket tank pressurization and connector falling off is designed.The system realizes a remote control mode based on distributed control architecture and hot standby redundancy mechanism.At the same time,single point control and emergency stop control are added.The new system has a higher reliability,security and automation.It provides strong technical support for unattended power control system.
