摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在前列腺手术患者围术期的应用效果。方法180例行前列腺手术的患者随机分为两组各90例,对照组采用常规围术期护理,研究组采用围术期临床护理路径干预,比较两组的手术指标、术后并发症以及护理满意度。结果研究组的膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期临床护理路径干预可以改善前列腺手术患者的手术指标,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of patients with prostate surgery.Methods 180 patients with prostate surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing in perioperative period,while the study group received clinical nursing pathway intervention in perioperative period.The surgical indicators,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway intervention in perioperative period can improve the surgical indicators of patients with prostate surgery,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce postoperative complications.
