摘　　要：目的探讨围术期优质护理联合院外延伸护理在肱骨中下段螺旋形骨折患者中的应用效果。方法220例肱骨中下段螺旋形骨折患者随机分为观察组(围术期优质护理+院外延伸护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的围术期指标均优于对照组,干预后的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,干预后的生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理联合院外延伸护理应用于肱骨中下段螺旋形骨折患者效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative high quality nursing combined with out-of-hospital extended nursing in patients with spiral fracture of middle and lower humerus.Methods 220 patients with spiral fracture of middle and lower humerus were randomly divided into the observation group(perioperative high quality nursing+out-of-hospital extended nursing)and the control group(regular nursing),and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The perioperative indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the HAMD and HAMA scores after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the quality oflife scores after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative high quality nursing combined with out-of^hospital extended nursing applied in patients with spiral fracture of middle and lower humerus has significant effect.
