精细化护理干预对消化内镜检查患者负性情绪和配合度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理干预对消化内镜检查患者负性情绪和配合度的影响。方法100例消化内镜检查患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予精细化护理干预,比较两组的负性情绪、检查配合度以及不良反应。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的主动配合占比为76.00%,显著高于对照组的52.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预可有效缓解消化内镜检查患者的负性情绪,提高配合度,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective To explore the impact of meticulous nursing intervention on negative emotions and coordination degree of patients with digestive endoscopy examination.Methods 100 patients with digestive endoscopy examination were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the observation group received meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,examination coordination degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of active cooperation in the observation group was 76.00%,significantly higher than 52.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meticulous nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with digestive endoscopy examination,improve the coordination degree and reduce the incidence risk of adverse reactions.
