摘　　要：目前,温度变送器在温度参数的测量与控制过程中广泛应用,定期对其校准是实现温度变送器量值准确传递的有效途径。手动校准不仅校准效率低,而且容易引入读数误差。本文深入研究了实现温度变送器自动校准的必要性,介绍了搭建温度变送器自动校准系统所需的硬件设备,参考了JJF 1183-2007《温度变送器校准规范》,并通过LabVIEW软件平台实现了带传感器的温度变送器自动校准。自动校准提升校准效率的同时也提高了校准结果的准确性,为温度变送器的量值传递提供了可靠保证。At present,temperature transmitter is widely used in measurement and control process of temperature parameters,regular calibration is an effective way in accurate quantity value transmission of temperature transmitter.Manual calibration is not only inefficient but also inaccurate by causing reading error.This paper makes an intensive study on the necessity in achieving auto calibration of temperature transmitter,introduces the hardware equipment required,references the JJF 1183-2007 "Calibration Specification of the Temperature Transmitter",through the software platform based on LabVIEW,and has realized auto calibration.Auto calibration has improved the calibration efficiency and accuracy at the same time to provide a reliable guarantee in quantity value transmission of temperature transmitter.
