摘 要:热轧润滑轧制技术是实用性很强的应用技术,对于热轧轧制是一项技术创新。在国内外取得了显著的成效,且积累了相当丰富的经验,在国内的许多钢铁厂的热轧机组上得到了应用,使用热轧润滑轧制技术能明显降低轧制力,降低能耗,降低轧辊磨损消耗,明显改善带钢表面质量,使轧制薄规格的带钢成为现实。由于所对应的热轧机组不同,其工艺要求不同所设计的润滑轧制系统也不同。本文是根据某钢厂2030mm热轧机组润滑轧制系统展开研究设计。通过分析润滑系统对轧制力,辊耗,带钢表面质量的影响,结合现场实际设备,对一些设备进行了改进和创新。如水切板的改造、喷射角度、喷油时序、油水混合比例等技术改进和创新,取得了显著的效果。Hot rolling lubrication rolling technology is a practical application technology, which is a technological innovation for hot rolling. It has achieved remarkable results at home and abroad, and has accumulated quite rich experience, and has been applied in many domestic hot rolling mills. The use of hot rolling lubrication rolling technology can significantly reduce rolling force, reduce energy consumption, reduce roll wear consumption, significantly improve the surface quality of strip steel, and make rolling thin gauge strip steel become a reality. Due to the different hot rolling mills, the process requirements are different, and the designed lubrication rolling system is also different. This paper is based on the research and design of lubrication rolling system of 2030 mm hot rolling mill in a steel plant. By analyzing the influence of lubrication system on rolling force, roll consumption and strip surface quality, combined with the actual equipment, some equipment were improved and innovated.Such as the transformation of water cutting board, injection angle, injection timing, oil-water mixing ratio and other technical improvements and innovations, remarkable results have been achieved.
