摘 要:HEVC是由视频编码联合协作小组(JCT-VC)开发出的一种先进的视频编解码标准。HEVC采用了许多新技术,在与上一代视频编解码标准H.264/AVC类似的视频质量下,可以节省超过50%的比特率,但同时它的计算复杂度也翻倍了。为了在当前有限带宽限制下,高质量地传输视频数据,快速视频编码算法的研究已经变得愈加重要。分像素运动估计是当前大部分视频编解码标准中用来改善运动估计精度的非常重要的模块,它的计算密集度很高和耗时也很长,随着快速整像素运动估计算法渐趋成熟,分像素运动估计所耗费的时间成本越发显著,因此开发快速分像素运动估计变得十分重要。本论文在结合最近运动估计技术的进展的基础上,针对分像素运动估计提出了一种可并行搜索的快速分像素运动估计算法。HEVC is an advanced video coding and decoding standard developed by the Joint Video Coding Team(JCT-VC). HEVC adopts many new technologies. It can save more than 50% of the bit rate under the video quality similar to the previous generation video codec standard H.264/AVC, but at the same time its computational complexity has also doubled. In order to transmit video data with high quality under the current limited bandwidth limitation, the research of fast video coding algorithms has become more and more important. Sub-pixel motion estimation is a very important module used to improve the accuracy of motion estimation in most current video coding and decoding standards. It is computationally intensive and time-consuming. As fast integer pixel motion estimation algorithms become more mature. The time cost of sub-pixel motion estimation is becoming more and more significant, so the development of fast sub-pixel motion estimation becomes very important. Based on the recent advances in motion estimation technology, this paper proposes a parallel searchable fast subpixel motion estimation algorithm for sub-pixel motion estimation.
