摘　　要：针对2型糖尿病发病机制的多个靶点的联合降糖治疗是一项重要的治疗策略,德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液(IDegLira)已在DUAL系列研究中证实了其在不同病程2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中具有有效性和安全性。本文将结合IDegLira的研发背景,简要介绍和解读DUALⅠ和DUALⅡ中国研究的结果,以期帮助临床医生在实践中扩大治疗选择范围。The combined antihyperglycemic therapy aiming at multiple targets in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is an important treatment strategy.The effectiveness and safety of insulin degludec/liraglutide injection(IDegLira)for patients with different stages of T2 DM has been confirmed in the DUAL series of studies.This article will introduce and interpret the results of the DUALⅠand DUALⅡChina trials briefly in the context of the research and development background of IDegLira,with the expectation of helping clinicians to expand the scope of treatment options in practice.
