摘　　要：铝合金自动TIG焊单面焊双面成型工艺,是一种高效焊接方式。本文对铝合金自动TIG焊的难点及关键控制点进行分析,从质量控制出发,制定了工艺措施,并进行了工艺评定验证,该方法在产品船应用取得了良好的效果。Single-sided welding and double-sided molding technology of automatic TIG welding for aluminum alloy is an efficient welding method.The difficulties and critical control points of the automatic TIG welding of aluminum alloy are analyzed,the technological measures are developed and verified for the site aiming to control the quality,and the single-sided welding and double-sided molding technology is applied to aluminum alloy hull of real ships and has achieved good results.
