摘　　要：本文阐述了某穿梭油轮货舱区船体分段预密性试验的工艺流程、试验方式以及适用范围;介绍船体分段预密性试验图纸绘制的要素;详述非自动焊接的对接缝、带有贯穿孔的角焊缝、曲面外板以及污油井的密性试验检测方式。In this paper,the technological process,test method and application scope of pre-tightness test for hull sections in cargo hold area of shuttle tankers are described.The elements of drawing pre-tightness test drawings for hull sections are introduced.The tightness test methods of non-automatic welding butt joint,fillet weld with cutout,curved outer plate and dirty oil well are described in detail.
