摘　　要：纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)是一种以全身慢性广泛性疼痛为特征的临床常见疾病,严重影响着患者的身心健康。药物治疗是目前纤维肌痛综合征综合治疗模式的重要组成部分,近年研究证实,电压门控钙通道α2-δ亚基配体(VGCCα2-δL)对于该病的治疗具有广阔的应用前景。本文将对VGCCα2-δL治疗纤维肌痛综合征的研究现状进行综述,旨在为纤维肌痛综合征的临床治疗提供参考。Fibromyalgia is a clinically common chronic disease that is characterized by generalised chronic pain, seriously affecting the patients′ physical and mental health.Pharmacological treatment is a significant part of the current comprehensive treatment mode for fibromyalgia syndrome.Studies in recent years have confirmed that voltage-gated calcium channel α2-δ ligands have a broad application prospect in the treatment of this disease.This article reviews the research status of voltage-gated calcium channel α2-δ ligands in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
