摘 要:研究了决纺织品染色工业中拉幅机效率损失的处理。拉幅机是化学加工的核心,它能决定染色工业的实际产量,并且可以控制织物的幅宽、面密度、扭曲、收缩率、固化率以及回潮率,所以拉幅机在染色环节中扮演着重要的角色。因此,有必要控制拉幅机的效率损失。染色工序中导致拉幅机产生效率损失的因素有很多,如程序切换、温度调整、维护、轧车清洗以及其他因素(如换挡、断电、故障)。对于纺织品领域的技术人员而言,急需采取一些措施去控制这些因素以提高拉幅机的效率。在考虑输送原料品质的前提下对如何提高拉幅机的生产率进行了详细研究。A study has been attempted to deal with efficiency losses of stenters used in the textile dyeing industry. Stenters are the heart of chemical processing and the indicate actual production of dyeing industry and stenters control the fabric width, weight, spirality, shrinkage, curing and moisture content of fabric. This is why the stenter machine plays very important role in the dyeing unit. It is therefore necessary to control the efficiency losses of stenters. In this project it was observed that there are many causes behind the efficiency losses of stenters, such as program change, temperature variation, maintenance, mangle cleaning and others(e.g. shiftchanging, poweroff, break-down). It is challenging activity for any textile technologist to gain control over the causes by taking some decisions and applying them to increase the efficiency of stenters. Here, a detailed study is made of the machine to increase the productivity of the stenter machine when considering quality of delivered material.
