摘 要:目的:比较超声清洗联合手工清洗对硬式腔镜医疗器械的清洗质量。方法:本研究抽取2021年3月~2021年5月海南省中医院供应室回收待清洗的硬式腔镜医疗器械共400件,随机数表法分为对照组和联合组各200件,其中对照组采用常规手工法清洗,联合组采用超声清洗联合手工清洗。采用目测+5倍放大镜法、细菌学测试法和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法3种方法评估清洗质量。结果:目测+5倍放大镜法检测显示,两组器械把手部位清洗合格率差异不显著(P>0.05),但联合组轴关节、咬合齿、凹凸槽部位清洗合格率和器械清洗合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌学和ATP生物荧光法检测均显示,联合组管腔、凹凸槽和咬合齿部位清洗合格率和器械清洗合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规手工清洗硬式腔镜医疗器械比较,超声清洗联合手工清洗能明显提高器械清洗合格率,可作为预防院内感染的有力措施。Objective:To investigate the cleaning quality of hard endoscope medical instruments by ultrasonic cleaning combined with manual cleaning.Methods:From March 2021 to may 2021,a total of 400 hard endoscope medical instruments to be cleaned were collected from the supply room of Hainan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and combined group,200 in each group.The control group was cleaned by conventional manual method,and the combined group was cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning and manual cleaning.The cleaning quality was evaluated by visual inspection+5x magnifying glass method,bacteriological test method and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)biofluorescence method.Results:The visual++5x magnifying glass method showed that there was no significant difference in the qualified rate of instrument handle cleaning between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),but the qualified rate of axis joint,occlusal teeth,concave convex groove and instrument cleaning in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Bacteriology and ATP biofluorescence showed that the qualified rate of cleaning lumen,concave convex groove and occlusal teeth and instrument in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional manual cleaning of hard endoscope medical instruments,ultrasonic cleaning combined with manual cleaning can significantly improve the qualified rate of instrument cleaning,and can be used as a powerful measure to prevent nosocomial infection.
