摘　　要：混合机作为烧结系统的主要设备之一,怎样提高设备的可开动率和设备性能,关乎烧结矿产量及质量的稳定。文章阐述在烧结混合机设备上增加一套智能运维系统,由人工点检转为智能点检分析,建立一套预测性维护系统,实现设备运行状态监控,提高了设备的可开动率。The mixer blender is a key equipment in sintering system since its operation rate and performance determines the stability of sinter yield and quality.This paper describes a predictive maintenance system where a set of intelligent operation and maintenance system was applied in the mixer blender and manual point inspection was replaced by intelligent point inspection and analysis.Monitoring of equipment operation state and improving the equipment operation rate were realized by using the new system.
