摘  要:紫花苜蓿是世界上最重要的豆科牧草作物之一,因为其营养丰富,适应性好,被誉为“牧草之王”。紫花苜蓿含有多种生物活性成分,包括黄酮、皂苷、叶蛋白、多糖等。文章主要研究从紫花苜蓿的根、茎、叶中分别提取皂苷和黄酮类物质的粗提物,以及粗提物对3种常见细菌(大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌)的抑菌效果。这不仅可为紫花苜蓿的合理利用提供重要依据,还为进一步开发苜蓿植物资源提供一定的实验依据。Alfalfa is one of the most important legume forage crops in the world.Because of its rich nutrition and good adaptability,it is known as the"king of forage".Alfalfa contains a variety of bioactive components,such as flavonoids,saponins,leaf protein,polysaccharides and so on.This paper mainly studied the crude extracts of saponins and flavonoids extracted from the roots,stems and leaves of alfalfa,and the antibacterial effects of the crude extracts on three common bacteria(escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus).It cannot only provide an important basis for the rational utilization of alfalfa,but also provide a certain experimental basis for the further development of alfalfa plant resources.
