摘  要:随着电网中分布式可再生能源的渗透率不断增加,微电网的应用引起了广泛的关注。储能变流器作为微电网中的重要组成部分,在其运行管理中发挥着关键的作用;然而,常见的单级式储能变流器输入电压范围窄、适用范围小,两电平储能变流器则具有器件承受大、设备体积大的缺点。为了解决上述问题,提出一种基于三电平拓扑的两级式储能变流器的控制策略,对三电平buck-boost电路与三电平逆变电路的工作过程进行分析,并设计相应的控制策略。所提出的控制策略实现了三电平两级式储能变流器与电网间有功功率和无功功率双向流动的功能,具有功率密度大、直流输入电压范围宽的优点。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建的仿真模型对所提出的控制策略进行了验证,仿真结果验证了控制策略的有效性与可行性。最后,研制了储能变流器样机进行相关实验,实验结果验证了控制策略的实际应用效果。As the penetration rate of distributed renewable energy in the power grid continues to increase,the application of micro-grid has attracted widespread attention.As an important part of the micro-grid,the energy storage converter plays a key role in its operation and management.However,the common single-stage energy storage converter has a narrow input voltage range and a small application range,while the two-level energy storage converter has the disadvantages of large device tolerance and large equipment volume.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a control strategy of a two-stage energy storage converter based on a three-level topology,and analyzes the working process of the three-level buck-boost circuit and the three-level inverter circuit.It also designs the corresponding control strategy.The proposed control strategy realizes the function of bidirectional flow of active and reactive power between the three-level two-stage energy storage converter and the grid,which has advantages of high power density and wide DC input voltage range.The simulation model built based on MATLAB/Simulink verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.Finally,a prototype of the energy storage converter is developed,and the experimental results verify the actual application effect of the control strategy.
