摘 要:为了在传统变电站改造为智能变电站的过程中,灵活接入集群测控系统的智能电子装置配置描述(IED configuration description,ICD)模型信息,对虚测控模块功能进行面向间隔的重构。研究ICD模型自动辨识技术,通过对模型的解析、数据仿真、自描述信息处理,建立过程层和站控层虚端子之间的映射关系,设计ICD模型辨识系统。通过仿真合并单元和智能终端的自动触发、数据和报文的比对,研制由ICD模型辨识主机、仿真合并单元、仿真智能终端、被辨识测控装置组成的ICD模型闭环一致性验证系统;结合差异表和人工变位的方法,实现装置状态量、模拟量、控制量等信息的自适应辨识,并开发对应软件。以某500kV变电站相关信息为例对所提系统进行应用检验,结果表明该系统辨识与验证成功率达到98%以上,能有效地降低人工辨识与验证的工作量。In order to flexibly access information of the intelligent electronic device(IED) configuration description model of the cluster measurement and control system in the process of transforming traditional substation into intelligent substation, the function of virtual measurement and control module is reconstructed for interval modularization. This paper studies automatic identification technology of ICD model, and builds the mapping relationship between virtual terminals in process layer and station control layer through model analysis, data simulation and self description information processing. Afterwards, it designs the ICD model identification system. Through automatic triggering of the simulating merging unit and the intelligent terminal and the comparison of data and messages, a closed-loop consistency verification system of the ICD model composed of ICD model identification host, simulating merging unit, simulated intelligent terminal and identified measurement and control device is developed. Combined with the method of difference table and manual displacement, the adaptive identification of device state quantity, analog quantity and control quantity is realized, and the corresponding software is developed.The relevant information of a 500 kV substation is used for application verification and the results show that the success rate of identification and verification of this system is more than 98%, which can effectively reduce the workload of manual identification and verification.
