关系流动性对老年人生活质量的影响:社会支持和生命意义感的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:从人际关系层面的生活空间出发,以社会生态学的角度探讨老年人生活质量的影响因素,并考察社会支持和生命意义感在关系流动性对老年人生活质量影响的中介作用机制。方法:采用关系流动性量表、生活质量综合评定问卷、社会支持评定量表和生命意义感量表对310位60岁及以上的老年人进行调查。结果:描述性分析结果显示老年人的关系流动性处于中等偏上水平;皮尔逊相关分析结果显示关系流动性、社会支持、生命意义感和生命意义感两两间存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.302,0.304,0.392,0.403,0.448,0.517;P<0.001);回归分析结果显示关系流动性能显著正向预测老年人的生活质量(β=0.214,t=4.404,P<0.001);中介效应分析显示社会支持与生命意义感在关系流动性对老年人生活质量影响中起部分链式中介作用。结论:关系流动性不仅能直接影响老年人的生活质量,还能通过社会支持影响老年人的生命意义感,进而影响生活质量。Objective:From the perspective of life space at the level of interpersonal relationship,and social,to discuss the factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly,and investigated the mediating mechanism of social support and meaning in life in the influence of relational mobility on the quality of life of the elderly.Methods:This study surveyed 310 older people with Relational Mobility Scale,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,the Meaning in Life Questionnaire and Social Support Scale.Results:The relational mobility of the elderly was at the upper-middle level(M=50.62,SD=9.46);Relational mobility,social support,meaning in life and quality of life were significantly positively correlated(r=0.302,0.304,0.392,0.403,0.448,0.517;P<0.001);Relational mobility significantly positively predicted the quality of life of the elderly(β=0.214,t=4.404,P<0.001);Social support and meaning in life played a chain-like intermediary role in the influence of relational mobility on the quality of life of the elderly.Conclusion:Relational mobility can not only directly affect quality of life of the elderly,but also affect the meaning in life of the elderly through social support,which in turn affect the quality of life.
