摘  要:目的:探讨未来时间洞察力与高中生学业压力的关系,考察生涯适应力的中介效应和主动性人格对该效应的调节效应。方法:对465名高中生进行问卷研究,运用未来时间洞察力量表、学业压力量表、生涯适应力量表、主动性人格量表。结果:生涯适应力在未来时间洞察力与高中生学业压力之间中介效应显著,间接效应值为-0.12,95%的置信区间为(LLCI=-0.19,ULCI=-0.05)。未来时间洞察力通过生涯适应力对高中生的学业压力的主效应间接效应受主动性人格的调节(SE=0.06,LLCI=-0.28,ULCI=-0.04),且这种间接效应在高主动性人格的高中生中更显著。结论:未来时间洞察力影响高中生学业压力,且这一影响通过生涯适应力起作用并受到主动性人格的调节。Objective:To explore the relationship between future time perspective and academic stress of high school students,and to examine the mediating effect of career adaptability and the moderating effect of proactive personality on this effect.Methods:A questionnaire study was conducted on 465 high school students using the Future Time Perspective Scale,Academic Stress Scale,Career Adaptability Scale,and Proactive Personality Scale.Results:Career adaptability mediated a significant effect between future time perspective and academic stress in high school students with an indirect effect value of-0.12 and 95% confidence interval(LLCI=-0.19,ULCI=-0.05).The indirect effect of the main effect of future time perspective on high school students’ academic stress through career adaptability was moderated by proactive personality(SE=0.06,LLCI=-0.28,ULCI=-0.04),and this indirect effect was more significant among high school students with high proactive personality.Conclusion:Future time perspective influences academic stress in high school students,and this effect is moderated by career adaptability and proactive personality.
