摘　　要：目的:探讨同伴侵害对青少年自杀意念的影响以及自我控制和非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)在其中的中介作用。方法:采用同伴侵害量表、自我控制量表、NSSI评定问卷和自杀意念量表,对唐山市3所中学共1849名初中学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析结果表明,同伴侵害与自我控制(r=-0.27,P<0.01)呈显著负相关,与NSSI(r=0.30,P<0.01)、自杀意念(r=0.28,P<0.01)呈显著正相关;自我控制与NSSI(r=-0.20,P<0.01)、自杀意念(r=-0.38,P<0.01)呈显著负相关;NSSI与自杀意念(r=0.42,P<0.01)呈显著正相关;(2)中介模型检验表明,同伴侵害对青少年自杀意念直接效应显著,效应值为0.243,效应量为38.5%;自我控制及NSSI均能够在同伴侵害和青少年自杀意念之间起显著的中介作用,中介效应值为0.171、0.191,效应量为27.1%、30.3%;且自我控制-NSSI的链式中介作用也显著,效应值为0.026,效应量为4.1%。结论:同伴侵害对青少年的自杀意念具有预测效应,这种效应的机制包括同伴侵害的直接效应以及通过自我控制和NSSI的间接效应。Objective:To explore the influence of peer victimization on adolescent suicidal ideation and the mediating role of self-control and NSSI.Methods:Totally 1849 junior high school students from 3 middle schools in Tangshan were recruited to complete the Peer Victimization Scale,Self-Control Scale,Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behavior AssessmentQuestionnaire and Suicide Ideation Scale.Results:(1)The results of correlation analysis showed that peer victimizationwas negatively correlated with self-control(r=-0.27,P<0.01),positively correlated with NSSI(r=0.30,P<0.01)and suicidal ideation(r=0.28,P<0.01);Self-control was negatively correlated with NSSI(r=-0.20,P<0.01),suicidal ideation(r=-0.38,P<0.01);NSSI and suicidal ideation(r=0.42,P<0.01))showed a significantly positive correlation.(2)Mediation modeling analysis showed that peer victimization had a direct effect on adolescent suicidal ideation,with effect value of 0.243 and effect amount of 38.5%.Mediation effect value of self-control and NSSI were 0.171 and 0.191,and the effect amount were 27.1% and 30.3%.While chain mediating effect of self-control and NSSI was also significant,and the effect value was 0.026 and the effect amount was 4.1%.Conclusion:Peer victimization has a predictive effect on the suicidal ideation of adolescents.The mechanism of this effect includes the direct effects of peer victimization and the indirect effects of self-control and NSSI.
