止嗽散合二陈汤加减辅治老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察止嗽散合二陈汤加减辅治老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法选取2020年1-12月江苏省钟山干部疗养院确诊并接受治疗的老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者60例,结合随机动态数字表法与患者方意愿分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规西药疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用止嗽散合二陈汤加减治疗,2组治疗周期均为3个月。比较2组患者治疗前后症状积分、临床症状缓解时间、治疗总有效率及治疗3个月、6个月后的复发率。结果治疗3个月后,2组胸闷气短、咳嗽气促、声低乏力、痰白黏浊积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组患者咳嗽、高热、喘息气促及肺部啰音缓解时间均短于对照组(P <0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);观察组治疗3个月、6个月后总复发率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%(χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.028)。结论老年慢性支气管炎急性发作采用止嗽散合二陈汤加减辅助治疗,可在短时间内缓解患者的临床症状,优化临床效果,同时还能降低患者病情再发的风险,对预后有较好的影响。Objective To observe the effect of Zhisou powder combined with Erchen decoction in the treatment of acute attack of senile chronic bronchitis.Methods 60 patients with acute attack of senile chronic bronchitis diagnosed and treated in Zhongshan Cadre Ssanatorium of Jiangsu Province from January to December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhisou powder and Erchen decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 3 months.Compared the symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment,clinical symptom relief time,total effective rate of treatment,and recurrence rate after 3 months and 6 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of chest tightness,shortness of breath,cough,shortness of breath,ow voice and fatigue,white phlegm and turbidityin the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P < 0.01);The time of relief of cough,high fever,shortness of breath and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.01);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group(χ^(2)= 4.320,P = 0.038);The total recurrence rate in the observation group after 3 and 6 months of treatment was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33% in the control group(χ^(2)=4.812,P = 0.028).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis patients with Zhisou powder and Erchen decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms in a short time,optimize the clinical benefits,and reduce the risk of recurrence of the patient’s condition,which has a better prognosis influences.
