基于项目教学法的民间传统体育研学活动探索--以拍胸舞为例

摘　　要：研学活动作为综合实践育人的重要途径,是传承与发展中华优秀传统文化的重要方式。通过查阅文献资料和实地考察以及分析研学活动发展现状,认为在项目教学法下把民间传统体育文化资源融入研学活动具有独特的价值意义。依托闽南民间传统体育文化资源,以拍胸舞为例,对民间传统体育研学活动的开发进行探讨。旨在利用民间传统体育文化资源丰富研学活动内容,在传承与弘扬中华优秀传统体育文化的同时,提高研学活动的质量,创新研学活动的实践手段。As an important way of comprehensive practice education,research activity is an important way of inheriting and developing excellent traditional Chinese culture.By analyzing the development status of research activities,it is believed that the integration of traditional folk sports cultural resources into research activities under the project teaching method has unique value and significance.Relying on the traditional folk sports cultural resources in southern Fujian,taking chest-beat dance as an example,the development of folk traditional sports research activities is discussed.The aim is to make use of traditional folk sports culture resources to enrich the content of research activities,inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese sports culture,and at the same time,improve the quality of research activities,and innovate the practical means of research activities.
