摘 要:分析比较了我国工程界广泛应用的三种NEN型管壳式热交换器管板的设计方法:GB/T 151,JB 4732(2005年确认)和ASME BPVCⅧ-1。三者基本原理相同、力学模型相似,相对于JB 4732,为便于工程应用,GB/T 151和ASMEⅧ-1又做了不同程度的简化。近年来,随着工业装置大型化,NEN型固定管板热交换器的结构参数已经大大超过GB/T 151的标准适用范围,笔者给出了三种设计方法的理论对比和7台不同大小NEN型热交换器管板算例以该三种设计方法计算了管板应力,对其中3个实例通过有限元应力分析与设计结果进行对比,并指出在工程设计实践中不同规范方法各自的适用参数范围,对于今后管板设计标准规范的修订工作具有借鉴意义。Three design methods for tubesheet of NEN type tubular heat exchangers widely used in the engineering field in China were analyzed and compared,they are given in GB/T 151,JB 4732(confirmed in 2005),and ASME BPVCⅧ-1.The basic principles of them are the same and their mechanical models are similar.Compared with JB 4732,GB/T 151 and ASMEⅧ-1 have made certain degree of simplification for the design methods.In recent years,with the industrial plant scaling up,the nominal diameter of NEN type fixed tubesheet heat exchangers has significantly exceeded the applicable range of GB/T 151.The theory analysis and comparison of the three design methods were given by the authors.The tubesheet stresses for the calculation examples of 7 NEN-type heat exchangers with different sizes were calculated by these three design methods.Among them,three examples were compared with the design results through finite element analysis.The scopes of application of these 3 design methods in engineering practice were pointed out.The above conclusion may also be used in revision of tubesheet design regulations for reference in the future.
