摘  要:金属波纹管膨胀节是受热管网和设备进行热补偿的关键部件之一,具有一定的使用寿命,位移载荷会使波纹管产生超过屈服强度的应力,出现疲劳损伤,当累积损伤达到一定程度,波纹管就发生失效。对波纹管在内压及位移共同作用下进行疲劳寿命试验研究,结果表明,对称循环位移下波纹管的疲劳寿命最高,单侧压缩位移下波纹管的疲劳寿命最低,建议对膨胀节进行预变位安装,以提高膨胀节的使用寿命,该研究结果可为膨胀节的设计及应用提供参考。The metal bellows expansion joints are one of the key components of modern heating pipe network and equipment for thermal compensation.They have a certain service life.The displacement load will cause the bellows to produce stress exceeding the yield strength and fatigue damage.When the cumulative damage reaches a certain degree,the bellows will fail.The fatigue life test of the bellows under combined action of the internal pressure and displacement was carried out.The results show that the fatigue life of the bellows under symmetrical cyclic displacement is the longest,and the fatigue life of the bellows under unilateral compression displacement is the shortest.It is recommended that expansion joints should be pre-deformed before installation to improve their service life.The research results can provide some reference for the design and application of expansion joints.
