摘 要:为确保带均压电容的避雷器安装质量,标准GB 50150-2016推荐进行工频参考电压试验,但是在实际中由于种种原因执行不佳。通过介绍一起典型的在运行中通过红外成像发现750 kV金属氧化物避雷器异常发热缺陷,通过现场检查、试验和解体分析,发现均压电容脱落。根据现场实际工作经验,提出利用电容量测试、局部放电和工频参考电压测试来诊断均压电容安装质量,并给出具体的案例。此外,通过对某只故障避雷器技术改造后,利用电容量检测来确保均压电容的安装质量,并给出了判断标准。最后,针对带均压电容的避雷器,提出了有效的检测手段,对避雷器的运行维护工作有一定的参考意义。To ensure the installation quality of arrester with shunt capacitance, GB 50150-2016 recommends to measure the power frequency reference voltage of the MOA. However it is poor execution in practice due to many reasons. A typical heating defect founding by infrared imaging of 750 kV MOA is introduced.Through scene investigation and the disassembly test, it is found that shunt capacitance is fallen down. According to the actual work experience on site, the author presents the way of measurement the shunt capacitance, partial discharge and the power frequency reference voltage in order to judge the installation quality of shunt capacitance and the specific cases is given. In addition, after technical transformation of a fault MOA, it can be ensured the installation quality of shunt capacitance by measurement of capacitance and given the judgement standards. At last, in the light of the MOA that have the shunt capacitance, the effective detection technology is put forward, which has a definite reference significance to the design and maintenanceof MOA.
