摘 要:极母线避雷器是换流站直流输电系统绝缘水平的重要设备,长期运行后的极母线避雷器有概率存在劣化缺陷。本研究对±500 kV鹅城换流站的4组极母线避雷器开展现场直流泄漏试验、拆解后正、反极性试验、并联双柱对比试验、污秽度及憎水性试验,研究结果表明长期运行后的避雷器单元易出现不同程度劣化,直流高压下的极性效应会使正、反向直流试验结果产生偏差,并加速劣化的形成;而避雷器的中上部分有较大概率出现并联柱间偏差,最先形成绝缘薄弱点。The pole bus arrester is an important device for the insulation level of the DC transmission system of the converter station. The pole bus arrester after long-term operation has a possibility of deterioration defects. The author carried out on-site DC leakage test, positive and reverse polarity test after disassembly, parallel double column comparison test, pollution degree and hydrophobicity test for 4 sets of pole bus arresters in ± 500 kV Echeng converter station. The results show that the arrester unit is easy to deteriorate in varying degrees after long-term operation, the polarity effect under DC high voltage will cause the deviation of the forward and reverse DC test results, and accelerate the formation of degradation;and the middle and upper parts of the arrester have a high probability of deviation between parallel columns, the weakest point of insulation is formed first.
