摘 要:为改善ZnO电阻片综合电气性能,尝试一种马来酸酐及聚氧丙烯烷基醚作为结构单元的共聚物做分散剂,考察了其对料浆分散性、压敏电阻显微结构与综合电气性能的影响。结果表明:分散剂用量为0.4 wt%时,总浆料的粘度较小,Zeta电位绝对值最高,得到的氧化锌瓷体的针孔率最小,ZnO高梯度氧化锌电阻片综合性能最佳,其电位梯度为336 V/mm,漏电流1μA,非线性系数达到55.9,压比为1.667,2 ms方波电流测试中能够承受18次300 A脉冲电流的冲击。In order to improve the comprehensive electrical performance of ZnO varistors, a copolymer with maleic anhydride and polyoxy-propylene alkyl ether as structural unit was tried to be used as dispersant. The effects of dispersants on dispersion, microstructure and comprehensive electrical properties of the varistors were investigated. Results show that the dispersant dosage was 0.4 wt%, the total of the paste viscosity is small, the highest absolute value of Zeta potential, the zinc oxide porcelain body pinhole minimum rate, ZnO varistor comprehensive performance is the best, the potential gradient of 336 V/mm, leakage current < 1 μA, nonlinear coefficient is 55.9, residual voltage ratio is 1.667, 2 ms square wave current tests can withstand the impact of 18 times 300 A pulse current.
