摘  要:针对现有储能站动力电池逆变单元关键部位过电压保护手段的不足进行了分析,指出在直流叠加高频交流的特殊电压环境下,现有过电压保护装置应用中存在的问题,并对此提出了一种将TVS二极管正向与氧化锌避雷器复合组成的新型过电压保护方案,该方案在维持了既有氧化锌避雷器优点的同时,克服了其电容电流过大的弊病,为储能站等新能源应用领域的过电压防雷保护提供了新的思路。In view of the shortage of overvoltage protection means in the key parts of the power battery inverter unit of the existing energy storage station, the author points out the problems existing in the application of the existing overvoltage protection device under the special voltage environment of DC superimposition and high frequency AC, and puts forward a new overvoltage protection scheme composed of TVS diode forward and oxide arrester. The scheme not only maintains the advantages of the existing oxide type arrester, but also overcomes the disadvantages of the large capacitance current. It provides a new idea for the overvoltage protection in the field of new energy application such as energy storage station.
