摘 要:支柱瓷绝缘子的加强筋金属法兰结构尺寸一般由设计经验给定,然后由绝缘子的机械性能试验进行判定。这种设计方法不能真实反映金属附件实际受力情况,实际使用过程中会出现两种问题:一是安全裕量过高,造成材料浪费;二是安全裕度不足,导致发现问题延迟。笔者利用ANSYS平台对带有坚强筋的金属法兰进行设计,以金属附件实际应用的绝缘子所受额定荷载为基准,计算金属法兰各部位所承受的应力,相同规格的加筋金属法兰比无筋金属法兰内部最大等效应力减小44.37%,针对带有加强筋金属法兰的设计变量进行分析计算,得到了带有加强筋金属法兰尺寸调整后的等效应力数值。在保证绝缘子稳定运行的情况下,对带有加强筋金属法兰的设计提供了数据基础。试验结构表明,在满足绝缘子强度的要求下,某型号的带有加强筋的金属法兰重新设计后其重量可减轻13.90%~14.41%,有效的提高了带有加强筋金属法兰的经济性。Structural dimensions of stiffened metal flanges for porcelain post insulators are usually determined directly based on engineering experience. The safety margin might be much higher which often waste of materials. In this paper, ANSYS platform is used for lightweight design of stiffened metal flange, and the equivalent stress metal flange with original sizes under rated load is calculated. The maximum equivalent stress of stiffened flange with the same specification is 44.37% less than that of unreinforced flange. According to the design variables of the structure, the equivalent stress of the reduced size is obtained by cyclic calculation. Under the condition of satisfying its strength, the quantitative basis is provided for its lightweight design. The example shows that the weight of a certain type of accessories can be reduced by 13.90%-14.41% after optimizing the design to meet the strength requirement.
